2. Interferometrs for automatic spherical measurements
Basic technical parameters:
- automated spherical measurements with resolutions lambda/50
- measurement uncertainty up to lambda/20
- measurement of radius with resolution of 0.01 mm
- diameter range: according to the client's needs
- a possibility of working with different magnifications
3. Waveguide Grating Microinterferometer (FaMiS)
Waveguide Grating Microinterferometer (FaMiS) is a device for in-plane displacement/strain measurement of samples subjected to mechanical or thermal loads. FaMiS with an optical microscope serves for a very accurate analysis of mechanical and electronic parts in order to improve their technology and enhance reliability.
Basic technical parameters:
- Isensitive to vibrations
- Easy to operate
- Compatible with standard optical microscopes
- Works with different magnifications (measurement field: 1 x 1 mm2 to 0.1 x 0.1 mm2)
- High measurement sensitivity (single nm) and accuracy (± 20 nm)
- Automatic interferogram analysis that offers results as in-plane displacement (u,v), strain (Éx, Éy, Éxy) and local material constant maps
Applications:
1. Mechanical and microelectronic elements research (e.g. analysis of residual stresses, plastic-elastic behavior, fracture and fatigue phenomena)
